Hoyos is a senior technology executive with extensive experience helping top American corporations accelerate market expansion, revenue growth, and digital transformation in the US, Europe, and Latin America. Based in the US for more than 10 years, Hoyos was a Sales Vice President at IBM Watson Health and General Manager and Product development leader at GE and Philips prior to joining Cinq.

His industry experience includes financial services, telecom, retail, logistics, and air transport. Carlos Alberto Jayme co-founded Cinq Technologies in 1992 after working as a software engineer at Siemens and Diebold. He has deep expertise in information technology, software development, telematics, international business (marketing and sales), and innovation initiatives focused on business needs, trends, and results. Jayme has a Bachelor’s Degree in electronic and telecom engineering (UTFPR), a Master’s Degree in computer science (UTFPR), a specialization in marketing (FAE Business School) and the Empretec Seminar.
Bill Coutinho is a co-founder of Dextra/Cinq, where he currently serves as Transformation Director. An enthusiast in digital transformation, Bill keeps abreast of changes and challenges faced by his clients to better help them with their digital business growth. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science from Unicamp in Brazil and an MBA in marketing from ESPM.
Edson began his career in 1986 as a Development Engineer in telecommunications. He later worked as a Product Development Engineer of electronic equipment and systems. In 1992 Edson co-founded Cinq Technologies. Today Edson is responsible for the processes related to People at Dextra/Cinq, including recruitment, selection, integration, motivation, and development of our team. Edson has a Bachelor’s Degree in electrical engineering from Brazil, and an MBA in business strategic management.
Fernando is a passionate software craftsman who’s worked for a wide range of industries and products. At Dextra/Cinq, he blends his technical and management skills to lead teams that build successful software products for startups, technology, media, manufacturing, financial, and other types of companies. A frequent conference speaker, Fernando is also an open-source developer and technical writer. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science from the University of Campinas, Unicamp, Brazil.
José has 30 years of experience as a computer engineer with a specialization in people management. He has served as the COO for Dextra/Cinq since 2013, where he is responsible for supporting the team’s development, structuring work processes, and contributing to the creation of a culture of quality and engagement. He has a wide experience in agile and digital acceleration methodologies, working in several market areas in Brazil as well as abroad.
Luis is passionate about technology and client success. He has a strong record with clients in Brazil, including Google, Globo, Experian, Alelo and Banco Pan. His skills include sales prospecting, strategy, execution, negotiations, and recruiting the best talent for Dextra/Cinq.
