CINQ is one of the greatest places to work in Paraná State!

Ranked In the 15th position , CINQ takes part in the award cerymony that considers companies from all market segments of Paraná

On November 8th (Thursday), CINQ Technologies was recognized in the Great Place to Work Award – Paraná state, being ranked in the 15th position. Because it is a regional recognition, this award points out that CINQ is a reference in a talent attraction and retention, not only in its area of expertise- being IT GPTW for 8 years in a row -but also in relation to companies of other segments in the same state .
The three biggest assumptions to be a Great Place to Work company are:

1. The employee needs to like where he or she works by taking pride in what he or she does and the company;

2. Collaboration and team spirit;

3. Mutual trust among the employees and the people for whom he or she works.

For this, the evaluation process of the GPTW Institute leads the company to reflect on attitudes, ranging from behavioral aspects to individual, encompassing the interaction of employees, personal development and other areas, such as performance bonuses and hiring procedures.

Being recognized as a Great Place to Work has a unique value, since it is the responses of the employees, compiled by the Institute, which define the GPTW ranking. The company receives a complete evaluation, which can help to identify the need for improvements of relationships with its employees, since it considers how the company celebrates, hires, listens, speaks, thanks, cares, shares, develops and inspires its team workforce, from the point of view of the company’s own employees.

According to Ruan Torres, Coordinator of Controllership and Quality, from CINQ:
“The CINQ work environment is light and friendly. Respect among colleagues always prevails and the human being consideration is remarkable. In addition, people are accessible and willing to collaborate, from our developers to the directors. These are features that make CINQ a Great Place to Work Company for 8 years in a row. “
